Which training courses would you like to have access to as a teacher? Why?

Which is, in your opinion, the best way to share  good practice amongst teaching professional? Why?

            I would like to have access to courses which show us how to teach. We learn always in our degrees a lot of theory, but when we want to teach or when we want to speak in front of  many children or teenagers is arduous.

         We need to improve our technique. We have learnt a lot of different knowledges in our degree, but  how to wake up student´s interest is not easy. Sometimes students do not want to learn because they find the subject boring or very difficult.

         Fortunately, the Education has changed thank to the global information society, now we have a new way of teaching and the education is much closer to the daily live than ever and therefore better than ever. However nowadays every support is needed: technical, pedagogiacal,etc.

         The new technologies of Information and communication have opened new possibilities to the education sector, however  more demands on the teachers are needed. Teachers need to have informatic knowdledges, foreign languages to teach their subjects. etc.

         For me it would be perfect to have access to practice courses  in order to improve our way of teaching, so we would be no more passive teachers  with a lot of knowledge, otherwise we could help more our students.

         For me, the best way  to share  good practice among teaching professional are the communities of practice because it is a good idea to share our knowledge with others teachers with the same subjects and so we could put in practice our ideas in the class and we would not waste time putting in practice unuseful techniques.
